Improvement to the Three Little Pig's Sequel, needs to be done. The words "Never again" were resonating in my head. Dialogue is important, especially when you are creating a story out of 500 words. It needs to be concise and to the point.

The wolf's story in The Three Little Pig's, also needs to be fleshed out more. He needs to have more of a redemption if you will. His character onion needs to be peeled back, so his inner conflict can be revealed to the audience, and how he overcomes his inner conflict. If the wolf wants forgiveness from the three little pigs like he does in my story, he needs to earn their trust. This all can be worked through dialogue.
Ways to Improve Dialogue:
- Read aloud
- No long passages
- A voice
- Distinctive dialogue- give each a character
- Get into the character(s)
- Speak the character's language
- Habitual phrases
- Cut dialogue that doesn't have a purpose
- Listen to people talk
- Model others
- Avoid stereotypes
- Stay away from slang
